Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Hygiene Notice: For health and safety reasons, swimwear must be returned with the hygiene protector strip intact. We cannot accept returns if this seal has been tampered with or removed.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
