Shipping policy

We process orders within 1-2 business days.
* Greece: 1-3 business days.
* International: 5-10 business days.Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Customs & Import Duties

Please note that for all orders outside the European Union, the Greek VAT (24%) is automatically removed from your total at checkout. As a result, your purchase is tax-free from our end, but you may be subject to local import duties in your country.

All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that:

* Product prices for non-EU countries are exclusive of all taxes and duties.
  *As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.

  * Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
  * We are unable to advise on the exact amount of these charges, as they vary by country.

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse to pay the customs fees and the parcel is returned to us, the actual shipping costs incurred by us (even if the initial shipping was free) and any return fees/duties will be deducted from your refund.
